What Must I Do To Be Saved ?
That question has been asked before,by a man
named Nicodemus an Jesus replied
" Ye Must Be Born Again"
(John 3: 4-6)
4) Nicodemus saith unto him,how can a man be born when he is old?
Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb,and be born?
5) Jesus answered,Verily,verily,I say unto thee,Except a man be
born of water and of the spirit,he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6) That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the
Spirit is spirit.
Salvation is "freely" given but as man we make it very hard.
We think that we have to make the change in our lives,
but Christ said to come as you are and I will make the change.
First you have to admit that you are a sinner.
(Romans 3:23)
23) For all have sinned,and come short of the glory of God;
Second you have to understand that God loved you so much that
HE sent his only Son, to become sin for all men that through
His Death, Burial, and Resurrection, we all can have eternal life
(John 3:16&17)
16) For God so loved the world,that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever believth in him should not perish,but have everlasting life.
17) For God sent not His Son into the world to codemn the world; but
that the world through Him might be saved.
Third you must
1) Confess with thy mouth
2) Believe in your heart
3) Accept that God raised Him
from the dead
(Romans 10: 9&10)
9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,and
shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.
10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Now tell God that you are a sinner and that you need
Jesus to be a part of your life.Open your heart an let
God work in your life.
Pray this prayer: Lord Jesus I know that I'm a sinner, and I
confess it before you. I ask you to come into my heart and life,and
wash me clean of all of my sins.I give my life to you totally to use for
your Glory and Honor.Please save my soul and I will serve you the
rest of the days of my life; in Jesus name I pray; Amen.
